UPGRADE (LEVEL CHANGE) Regulations
The following regulation applies ONLY for UPGRADES (LEVEL CHANGE) from Level 1 (white card) to Level 2 (green card) or from Level 2 (green card) to Level 3 (red card).
It is NOT applicable for the simple renewal of the level you already have for which a dedicated regulation applies
